Refund policy

Please take note of the Care swing tag attached to the garment. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused to garments if the instructions are not followed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email kreationskamala@gmail.com within 24 hours from receiving your product.

You have 7 days to return your purchase at your own expense, in original condition with swing tags still attached. If the product is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will contact you regarding whether we will replace the purchase or refund you.

All our products are made with lots of love and by hand, because of this there might be an imperfection which adds to the uniqueness of the pieces.
